Hi there,

First let me introduce myself, Alan Jameson's the name and I am the quizmaster for my local club The Darfield Conservative Club, which lies in a small village of Darfield approximately 5 miles from Barnsley in the county of South Yorkshire, UK. The club has it's own site at http://www.darfieldcons.com and is well worth a visit. This site was formally known as Aljamos.com.

I don't really have any conditions for anyone using this site except to say that I would like more visitors, so if you use the site on a regular basis and enjoy what you see then please inform others.

A lot of hard work goes into compiling quizzes, more than people realise, so if I can help cut down on your time researching a quiz then I have achieved what I wanted to do when setting up the site some 5 or 6 years ago.

I obtain my questions to the Trivia quiz and Family Fortunes from a number of sources, some of which are shown in the "Recommended Quiz Sites" links.

The Picture Quiz is a little different in that I obtain pictures from across the entire web and then edit them myself. If those pictures are yours and you do not like me using them or you would like a link to the site that I have used, then please contact me and I will rectify the matter. I do not want to infringe any copy rights.

All that I ask is that you enjoy my site, use it for your quizzes by all means and please try and send me an e-mail with your thoughts. It's nice to know if there is really someone out there!
